What’s Next in Retail Tech

The annual What’s Next in Retail Tech offers valuable insights into the latest tech developments, specifically for the retail industry. This year, I hosted the event by RetailTrends for the third time.

Speakers include brands and retailers, featuring pioneers and experts from around the world. The overarching theme: how to use new technology to engage customers. This event is right up my alley—it’s all about diving deep into tech.

For example, China Tech Expert Ed Sander unpacked the business model behind Temu, and the audience got an inside look at Hunkemöller’s digital transformation.

I also interviewed Picnic’s CTO, Daniel Gebler. At this online supermarket, technology plays a key role. You can find insights from that conversation here.
